Cancellation policy
REFUNDABLE:
At the time of booking, the customer will provide a credit card as a guarantee.
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation without any charge up to 15 days before the arrival at the property.
In case of cancellation within 15 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be retained.
NOT REFUNDABLE:
At the time of booking, the customer pays the full amount. It is not possible to cancel the reservation.
